Mr. Piyush I. Majmudar is an Actuary (Being a Fellow member of Institute of Actuaries London and Actuarial Society of India). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London) & the Insurance Institute of India.

He was a member of the Experts Group appointed by the Government of India to recommend reforms for Insurance Solvency Regulations. He has worked for over 18 years with New India Assurance Company limited. Also worked as an Actuary and as training Manager with Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, in Nairobi.

He was associated with CFTC as advisor to National Health Insurance Program in St. Lucia. He was also advisor to insurance regulatory offices in Sri Lanka, Barbados, Kenya and Mauritius. The said assignment with the regulatory offices required dealing with all aspects of Life and General insurance business.

Mr. Dharmendra K. Pandit is an Actuary (being a Fellow member of Actuarial Society of India). He is also a graduate of Law

He joined M/S. K.A.PANDIT in 1973 and was involved in all types of actuarial Work related to Insurance and Employee Benefits. He was instrumental in designing and implementing the Pension Scheme for banking sector. Currently he is on the Committee for Implementation of IAS-19 to India for Termination Benefits.His work also includes preparing the business plan for the company and deciding on entry strategy.

Mr. Mukund Diwan is an Actuary (Being a Fellow member of Institute of Actuaries London and Actuarial Society of India). He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.

He was working with Life Insurance Corporation of India from 1956 to 1991 and retired as Chairman of LIC.  His LIC experience includes actuarial, investment, policy underwriting, servicing, marketing etc. His experience also includes personal administration, Information technology, organizational development and corporate management.

He was also associated with Godrej and Canada Life for entry into life insurance business in India.

Mr. Navnit K. Parikh is an Actuary (being a Fellow member of Actuarial Society of India). He is also a graduate of Law.

He was with the New India assurance Company Limited for 27 years. He has also worked in the office of the Controller of Insurance for 8 years. He is also a consulting actuary and works in the retirement benefits field for last three decades. He was instrumental in implementation of USGAAP in one of the large private sector companies. Currently he is on the Committee for Implementation of IAS-19 to India for Termination Benefits.

 Mr. Akshay D. Pandit is an Associate Member of Actuarial Society of India, and also has a post graduate qualification in computers.

He is working with M/S. K.A.PANDIT since 1984 and is involved in all types of actuarial work including Insurance and Employee benefits.

He was also involved in advising a couple of potential players to Indian Insurance Market, and made a Market survey for them.
